When we finish our salat we say "Asalamoalaikum" which means "May peace be upon you". Then we say Istigfar 3 times. After that the Du'a to recite (which is sunnah) is "Allahumma anta salam, wa min ka salam, tabarakta ya zul jalali wal ikram".
